Before you begin
Use this path when your organization is not already listed in the PCHC Portal, or when PCHC needs to review it as a new partner profile.
If your organization is already in the portal, choose the option to join an existing partner organization instead.
What PCHC reviews
- Your account request
- Your requested partner organization
- Your role or connection to the organization
- Starter inventory, when the organization is a housing provider
The journey at a glance
Step 1: Start your account request
Complete the Account Information section
- Enter your email address.
- Confirm the email address carefully.
- Create a password with at least 8 characters.
- Confirm your password.
Use an email account you check regularly. PCHC may use it for approval updates, verification questions, and future portal communication.
Step 2: Request the new partner profile
Choose the correct partner path
In the Partner Request section, select Request a new partner profile. This tells PCHC that your organization should be reviewed as a new partner profile in the portal.
- Enter the organization name exactly as it should appear.
- Select the organization type that best matches your organization.
- Add a brief description of how the organization supports the local housing network.
- Confirm that you are authorized to request the profile, or that you can help PCHC verify the organization information.
Step 3: Add housing inventory, when applicable
For housing providers
Housing providers can enter a simplified starter inventory during the request. These counts are staged for review and are not published unless the account and partner profile are approved.
- Standard residential units: Studio, 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, 3 bedroom, 4 bedroom, and 5+ bedroom.
- Average rent: optional, but helpful when available.
- Special-purpose housing: transitional living, emergency shelter, recovery housing, senior or assisted living, specialized facility, or other special-purpose capacity.
- Your role or title with the organization.
- An optional note to PCHC for review context.
Step 4: Submit and watch for review status
After submission
After the form is submitted, you should see a confirmation message letting you know that your account and requested partner profile are pending review.
A Site Manager or System Admin will review the request. You will be able to sign in after your account is approved.
Step 5: Understand the approval email
Account approval and organization review can happen separately
Your account may be approved before the new partner profile is fully approved. This is normal.
When the organization profile is approved, the organization workspace and any submitted housing inventory can be created in the portal.
If PCHC needs clarification, watch your email and respond with the requested details.
Step 6: Manage the organization after approval
Once your account and organization access are approved, sign in to the portal and choose Organization Management.

- The logo has been uploaded, if available.
- Contact information is current.
- Inventory counts are accurate.
- Listings are used only for real, current opportunities.
- Organization members are correct.
- At least one trusted person is Primary, when appropriate.
- The public directory checkbox is selected only when the profile is ready.
Best practices
Use the profile for your story
Even organizations without active housing listings can use their profile to explain how they support housing stability in Pulaski County.
Use listings for real opportunities
A listing should represent something people can view, apply for, ask about, or pursue now.
